Meet The Team

Aanand Chabukswar
An Applied Theatre Practitioner and DRmatherapist, he has been working in theatre, teaching and therapy since 1993. He has been part of the Core team that pioneered Arts-Based Therapy (ABT) in India. He designed and taught since 2007 the first course Applied Theatre at Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has worked with diverse populations nationally and internationally.

Rupali Bhave
An actress, theatre facilitator, translator, children’s book author, and voice-artist with 25 years of experience in theatre. She has performed about a few hundred shows combined of about 25 plays. She has been teaching theatre to various age-groups and diverse demographics for about 25 years. She is also the co-founder of The Box Hub, Pune's first multi-modal hub for theatre and the arts. She is the Founder of Jacaranda.

Sanchit Sant
A Theatre Facilitator and Experiential Educator, he is a Research Associate at the Centre for Sustainability, Environment and Climate Change, FLAME University and a member of Project TROP ICSU, a Climate Change Education Project of the International Union of Biological Sciences, contributing to content development and facilitation of teacher training programs. He is also the Academic Coordinator at the Applied Theatre School.
